4 tablespoon Oil |

1 unit Egg |

375 grams Cold cooked rice |
|
1 teaspoon Sugar |
|
2 tablespoon Fish sauce |
|
50 grams Cabbage, roughly chopped |
* Heat the oil in a wok then break the egg into it, stirring it around and breaking it up.
* Add the rice and mix well for 2 to 3 minutes or unti all the rice is separated. Add the sugar, fish sauce, cabbage and black pepper and stir fry vigorously for 3 to 4 minutes, until the cabbage has wilted. Serve at once. |
